Moulding Solutions manufactures high quality solid wood transition molding that is custom color matched to the customer’s product line. While no company can guarantee an exact match to every board due to the inherent natural properties of wood, Moulding Solutions has procedures in place to provide the best product possible. For example, the customer’s color line is regularly inspected for shade variations due to run lot changes and general shifts in shade over time. Furthermore, Moulding Solutions maintains a just-in-time inventory, ensuring the product shipped will most closely match the customer’s current stock.

The advantages of this process are clear:

The customer receives transition pieces that match his or her current stock of material, not last year’s shade
Samples are pulled directly from the customer’s stock, not a sample board. This ensures that the product performs to field specifications, not a theoretical idea.

Since Moulding Solutions produces each piece by hand, every one of our products is inspected for quality before being boxed and shipped. We produce the standard profiles of Threshold, Stairnose, T-Mold, Reducer, and Quarter Round in every thickness but are not limited to these profiles and can customize a program to fit the customer’s needs. Lengths, colors, gloss levels, and any other aspect can be modified to service our customers in the best possible way.
